Energy generation – dampers for biomass, gas and coal firing

Dampers are indispensable in energy generation with its high energy efficiency requirements. We provide butterfly dampers for air and combustion air control and shut-off dampers and control dampers for exhaust gases in firing systems used in biomass plants and gas and coal-fired power stations.

We also supply special butterfly dampers for air preheaters, control dampers for combustion air and shut-off dampers for exhaust gas and recirculation air. Our robust valves and dampers are particularly suitable for combustion air control. They function reliably at all times under extremely demanding operating conditions.

In the case of exhaust gas and recirculation air dampers, particular attention must be paid to dust content, high temperatures still prevailing in some cases and corrosive gases. In addition to coated/rubber-coated solutions, we provide steel and stainless-steel valves and dampers for this purpose.

Sealing variants for biomass, gas and coal firing

EnergieLink provides a broad range of seals, ranging from soft and metal sealing to double shut-off dampers with sealing air for 100% tightness. This means that we provide the ideal solution for every area of energy generation.

Electric or pneumatic actuators and manually operated gears can be used as drives.
